Dr. Joshua Mondlick is a charismatic, honest, and pragmatic periodontist.  He believes in a scientific based, collaborative, patient-centered approach to treatment in order to achieve stellar outcomes.  Dr. Mondlick is passionate about cultivating change and growth through various technology.  He is dedicated in helping patients obtain the oral health they have always wanted and to maintain that level for a lifetime.

Dr. Mondlick is a native of Syracuse, NY.  Following earning a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Union College in Schenectady, NY, he graduated from the University of Buffalo's School of Dental Medicine.  He then completed a 1-year residency in general dentistry in Chicago, IL.

After working as a general dentist for many years in south Phoenix, Dr. Mondlick decided to specialize in Periodontics by attending a 3-year, full time program at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Manhattan, NY.  It was there where he was able to build on his training to increase his knowledge to help patients save their teeth, place complex aesthetic dental implants, and improve the overall health of the gums with microsurgical and cosmetic gum surgery, gum, and advanced bone grafting.

He has practiced periodontics privately in both Phoenix and San Antonio, TX.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Periodontology.  Additionally, he was also a clinical assistant professor in Periodontics at Midwestern University's School of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ and served as a Director on the Central Arizona Dental Society.

Dr. Mondlick has been voted Top Doc by his peers in Phoenix Magazine.  He is involved in multiple professional societies, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontics, and Western Society of Periodontics.  He also leads numerous study clubs for both dentists and dental hygienists.

In his spare time, Dr. Mondlick likes to exercise, ride his bicycle, read, putter around the house, and spend time with his wife Leah and his children, Abe, Zane and Halle.
